Oral Pathology and Microbiology revolves around the diseases of the mouth, jaws, salivary glands, temporomandibular joints, facial muscles and perioral skin. The speciality is concerned with diagnosis and study of the causes and effects of diseases affecting the oral and maxillofacial region.
